The Position:
As a Recruitment Sales Consultant you will be responsible for 360 degree recruitment within your sector i.e: Building & construction or Banking & Finance. You would have the opportunity to work from home if desired, as well as building a team and leading your sector to success, this position has a great deal of flexibility with in-house training on processes and procedures.
Your duties will include:
• Sourcing job vacancies
• Screening / Interviewing candidates
• Identifying Client / Candidate needs
• Short listing for vacancies
• Ensuring consultants meet targets
• Assisting and training new consultants
• Heading weekly recruitment meetings
• Working closely with the General Manager

Our clients have had 30 years in international and national real estate agencies have recently opened a new office at Willetton. We are looking for an exceptional person, who is detailed, dedicated and committed to a long term arrangement.
You will need:
• A Diploma in Property with a current triennial
• A minimum of 5 years in Property Management
• Brilliant Administration/system skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent Computer skills
• Late model vehicle with a clean driving record
• Immaculate presentation
• Strong Marketing and Business Development skills
• Creative Advertising
• Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
Although you will be in bona fide control and expected to overlook the trust account, you will not be required to do any trust accounting, general accounting or banking. You will need to make sure all budgets are set and met.

Estimator / Scheduler

To be considered you will have a minimum of two year’s plus Scheduling experience, the ability to read and interpret plans, good computer skills and a proven track-record in the PERTH residential sector.
The role itself will require you to schedule jobs, provide technical support to office staff and suppliers, reduce wastage and juggle a variety of different projects. The position will also cross into Estimating, which is advantageous for the more learned employee that wants to earn a higher salary.
