Real Estate Licensee / Property Manager
This is a great opportunity for a licensee with property management experience. Although you need the Property Management experience you will only do the leasing as there is a Property manager that takes care of the managements. It could even be an owner/licensee of an existing real estate office that wanted to merge/sell their rent roll and move in with another real estate agency.
You must have:
• Current REBA triennial certificate and License and be willing to use it
• Late model vehicle and WA Drivers license
• Minimum 5 years Property Management experience
• Ideally some strata experience
• Computer literate
• Attention to detail
• Focused and confident
• Team Player

Estimator / Scheduler
The residential sector W.A is extremely busy with a huge demand for new builds for first-time buyers and investment properties alike. Our client has lots of residential work on at the moment and is seeking an experienced Estimator with local experience to join the vibrant team. Demand should be met with supply, which is why our client wants to take the right Estimator on full-time.
Experience required:
• 3 years plus
• Strong trades background
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Ideally you will have Green Accreditation or understand the sustainable design
• Excellent I.T skills
The role:
• Estimating and scheduling of materials for new homes including plant, equipment and various trades and suppliers.
• Produce and carry out take-offs bill of quantities
• Liaise with Construction managers
• Create tenders and orders

Residential Property Manager
Well known north of the river RE agency is in search of a dynamic and experienced PM to join their company. Working along side 2 experienced PMs each with their own portfolios you will take on all new managements slowing increasing your own portfolio. Until your portfolio grows you will also be assisting the other PMs with various duties.
To be considered for this newly available position you will require your Property Management Registration, reliable vehicle and at least 12 months experience in a similar position in WA.
